The cleanliness issues were disappointing, with dusty fixtures and a very uncomfortable mattress. Noisy trains disrupted sleep throughout the night.

The place met my needs perfectly, pet-friendly, quiet rooms, and great cold A/C made it a breeze. Plus, their central location was super convenient for exploration!

Had a great time with friends at a cozy place. We visited the Applegate Park Zoo and Poker Flats Casino, both just a short drive away. Breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly. It’s a budget-friendly spot for a group getaway.

One downside was the AC unit. it was super loud and disturbed our sleep.

during my stay, I loved how close I was to Applegate Park Zoo, just a 15-minute walk away, and the Merced Multicultural Arts Center, less than 2 km down the road, making it easy to explore the city's attractions on foot.

Had a lovely stay in a spacious, clean room with a jetted tub. The pool was super inviting, and I knocked out instantly on the comfy bed. Honestly, for the price, it was a total steal!

But my TV was so outdated I could almost hear the ghost of Captain Picard. And beware the loud trains—an unexpected symphony at dawn!
